Rob is a certified personal trainer with NASM, holding advanced certification, CES, PES, MMA, and Weight Loss Specialist. He's also a level 1 Crossfit Instructor. This husband and wife team redefine what it means to be healthy in this fast paced, hectic world we live in. The Open Sky Fitness Podcast is perfect for men and women who are trying to get back in shape after neglecting their health after years of focusing on their jobs or building a family. How does a person become a competing body builder via the natural way?

We asked our awesome Open Sky Fitness Facebook Group what topics they were interested in learning more about and they responded that they wanted to know what it’s like to work with high end personal trainers.

So, this week, we have the Owner of the online coaching company, Pro Physique Inc., Natural Pro Builder, Show Promoter, and Host of The Redefine Healthy Radio PodcastPaul Revelia sharing how he got into natural building, how he’s helped clients, and even answered some questions that our Facebook group members submitted.
