Rob is a certified personal trainer with NASM, holding advanced certification, CES, PES, MMA, and Weight Loss Specialist. He's also a level 1 Crossfit Instructor. This husband and wife team redefine what it means to be healthy in this fast paced, hectic world we live in. This week, Devon and I are talking about cell phones as well as other forms of technology such as microwaves and how they can affect our health. Since the use of cell phones and other electronic devices are still relevantly new, there isn’t a lot of concrete information out there, but there have been studies with results that both favor and warn against the use of cell phones.
 
In these studies that we looked at, none were conducted on children; only adults. However, it’s believed that children are the most susceptible to the harmful effects of radiation from cell phone and wifi use.
